I’ve used DIYLC twice in the past for custom circuit board builds, and used it once for a comprehensive layout simulation. Currently I’m composing another layout and for the last two days I cannot figure out where that darn switch is!
Another bit of info to note: Also a couple of days ago, I installed DIYLC version 5.2.0 to replace version 4.3-something. Couldn’t find the power switch option on either version.

I don't know what switch you are looking forIf you have one in another .diy file, just copy and paste it to a different .diy file
Save it a building block

I don't recall a "power switch" in DIYLC. There are several "micro switches" in the electromechanical section. I looked at Robrob's site as well -- as he has been using DIYLC for quite some time -- and don't see any there. He uses the micro switches.
If you need such a switch, you can draw one up, and save it.

Thanks. I did end up drawing one up with a couple connectivity dots. Turned out okay. Hopefully figuring out how to save it to the building blocks will be a lot easier.
