 Newbie Question - Combining Outputs
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry if this is a simple question. I have a old Magnavox stereo class AB with 6v6's. Would like to combine the outputs for mono operation. Doable, cautions, mods, etc?

Thanks, SVC

Attempts to wire the output transformer secondarys together may not prove satisfactory.

Alternately you could drive 2 speakers, one off each output. Some prefer stereo guitar and stereo effects. Or maybe install a single larger output transformer and modify the circuit for quad 6V6 or a pair of 6L6.

Anyway for a good sound you will likely need to modify the circuitry so it's more "Fender-ish".

 I plan on driving a Leslie 122 for a Hammond organ. I may attemt a bi-amp situation.

cheers, SVC
