Title: Alamo Capri 2360 Model 1960-1 & Schematic

The tubes in this 2360 Capri Model i have are 12AU6 -50L6 -35Z5. The Capri 2360 Schematic shows  12AU6 - 50C5 - 35W4 tubes. I am assuming someone may have just stuck what they had in this amp. Who knows. Any thoughts on this?

I guess you didn't look at any tube data sheets!

I don't doubt that the amp has the tubes you say are in it. But the tubes on the tube chart in the amp are not the same as the tubes on that schematic.   They are not even the same type base so it's most likely that the amp came from the factory like that. You just can't shove an octal tube in a 7-pin miniature socket, or vice versa. Not the first time tube charts, schematics, and what's actually in the amp don't match. Fender did that a lot too.

Yes i had a Twin Reverb last week with an AB763 tube chart and the amp was really an AA270.

Output transformer is bad. No Continuity, No Shorts, No Ohms reading period. Need a 5000 ohm primary impedance 8 ohm single ended OT.

I have a bunch of those laying around. Can only build so many champs, you want one?

I very much appreciate the offer. but i already ordered one. Thanks much! They are only $20.00 + Shipping. I thought i might have one but nope! A bunch of old Peavey iron and others PP Transformers. Not one single ended one.

Where do you find SE output transformers for $20? Not that I need another one - I've already built two Champs. Though maybe a Supro one day...
