Title: Transistor parts MTP6N60E

Anyone know where to buy transistor MTP6N60E, part of a VVR in a VHT amp.  The normal places I use like Mouser, AntiqueElectricalSupply, Mojotone, etc., don't cary this kind of stuff.  Thanks

Yeah probably 3D-printed in some asian rim sweatshop knockoff joint. Be very sus about what you find on fleaBay from China - it might look like the real deal but be a complete flop as soon as you light it up. Might be better off locating the formal datasheet and buying an equivalent spec modern-production silicootie.
