Thought I'd pass this on to prevent strokes or brain explosions! :BangHead: :cussing: :sad2:
• Dial the 1-(800) number (+1 (800) 463-3339) • When you get the chance, say “main
menu” • Press 7, then 7 again and then 8 • You will be asked to provide a tracking
number. Don’t say anything and in a few moments you will asked if this is a good callback number?
Say yes of give them another number. When they call back you’re connected to a FedEx representative!
Call back was in less than 5 minutes!
We were assigned to a new hub and their idea of delivery was to leave it leaning on the fence out at the street!
Sorry but computers are not equipped to handle customer service!

Oh man, I needed this last year
I hunted on the internet for phone numbers but could not get a real human
FedEx and UPS were dropping packages down by the road this time of year last year
They always drive up to the house
I saw the UPS truck down by the road
A women got out and dropped my package by the side of the road
I yelled down and she looked up at me and ran back to the truck and it took off
This was not my normal UPS driver
I was steaming
They are not doing that this year

Since the Fauci Flu customer service has gone right down the shitter!
I had a package coming from Minnesota that made it to Kernersville NC in good time only
to go on a trip to Kansas and back. It covered over 5K miles.
BTW, Don't call the customer service guy with the strange accent a Benchod!
He will hang up on you! (it means one who "sleeps" with their sister) :dontknow: :l2: :icon_biggrin:

here all the American drivers have been replaced with Biden's open door folk, nobody has a CDL so the "work-a-round is rent a U-Haul for the drivers!!!! so you see an actual FEDX truck maybe once a month, UPS maybe every couple weeks, U-hauls are twice a day or more.
for some atmospheric anomalous reason GPS says my driveway is the house 2 doors down, we call it the lo-rent place, so the open door folk not being able to read actual address numbers try n leave the 100 boxes a week for the lo-rent place at MY house. I wait til they walk about 80ft back to the truck n Yell... WRONG ADDRESS, while open carrying and usually a .410 slung over my should...cheap entertainment :icon_biggrin:
