Title: Old bakelite wafer valve sockets as blanking plates

I was about to use old guitar pickguards as usual to cut out some B9A blanking plates and remembered I had these sat around in the scrap spares, not ideal to reuse as they get dirt and moisture trapped in the wafers

But if you drill out the rivets you get a few socket covers with a nice pattern on in a suitable colour to keep things looking vintage, and a centre hole to put a cable grommet in....
