I finally found an unredacted copy. I hope someone else has a use for this.

I can see it too. It's a poor copy. Mostly unreadable. Not worth putting in the vault IMO.

Doug has the 'blocked' schematic already, he doesn't have an unblocked one.

The 1 posted was unblocked, but not very readable.
