Title: 4 ohm fixed attenuator
Post by: isaac_teller on August 03, 2026, 02:19:54 am
Hello/ I want to use Robrobinettes 10% attenuator for a 4-ohm speaker. Do I just use half the values in the schematic(8 and 6 ohms instead of 16 and 12 oms) or is it not that easy? Thanx in advance.

Yes, that should be fine.

I have one of these (the 8ohm version) built into my 5E3 and I really like it. Enjoy!
