 Signal caps. on 69 twin

I've got my SF twin apart and I'm updating/modifying a couple things. I'm wondering if I should replace all these old signal caps. If I had the chocolate drop type I wouldn't even ask but I've got the blue tubular type. I've read (somewhere) that these are good caps. but they are very old. Should I change all of them and use Orange drops?

 I'd leave 'em be.
The blue ones seem to go on forever.
