Title: What Glue do you use for speaker cone repair?

Gee, I'm getting old.  I've done this a million times, but can't remember. Not special stuff just stuff around the house.

Yes, Elmers...or I've also use "tacky glue". I also use rubber cement on surrounds from time to time.
