Recording a lot of tone tests with different guitars, amp settings, mics, etc.
This is my favorite so far for instrumentals. Any comments?

Edit: Sorry, only the first half of the clip has anything on it, so kill playback after that.

Tip: Use the flash player so people don't have to download.
I modified your post to show you how the flash player is set up.
Only bad thing about the player is, if you browse away from the post, the player will stop playing.
Sounds good, got that verb thing going, big time.

That's cool. I guess I'll have to come back to this thread to copy the url of the player you are hosting.
It's a bit of a more delicate and airy tone than the usual Strat meat, which is why I think I like it. But not skronky as out-of-phase.
There was no conscious process, but I noticed that my usual pickup selection, height, and pick were not thrilling me so I lowered the pups, used the middle and switched to those little jazz picks.
Now I guess I should do something useful instead of this noise.

yeah, sounds good to me.

Just copy the whole flash code line from this post,
paste it into your post and
then change the song URL.
I think many people like to just click a button and play without downloading a song.

Post on how to's?
I have a quicktime plugin that streams mp3s that I click on. Firefox. Dunno about IE.
-
The "how to" is the sticky post at the top of this board.
-
I see it now, thanks.

I changed the title of the sticky post to include How To.
Makes more sense now.
