I tried to find a sound clip or youtube video or something, but I couldn't find a thing surprisingly.

As for getting rid of it, doping around the edge seems to be the answer.  Here's (https://taweber.powweb.com/weber/pop-dope.htm) a good explanation.

Sorry I'm so slow to reply.I read somewhere that cone cry is most common in 12" speakers,as opposed to 10" or 15" speakers. After reading the Weber explanation,I think what I am hearing from my amp is what is known as farting. At loud settings it sounds as though it is really farting. But now I will really have to listen. To see if my speaker can cry while it farts!!!

Ah, then you should read this (http://www.aikenamps.com/BlockingDistortion.html).
