This is Marshall 50w from 1971, I modded it to 2204 pre-amp and few tone shaping tweaks...

Just amp and guitar.

I like Marshall dirt 2 the best

All the non pedal tones sound great!

The dirt tones are very organic and have that classic Marshall grunt.

IMO the pedals take that away and do other bad things to the tone.
