OK, I wanted to demonstrate how well the VVR worked.
I downloaded a FREE background track I found and played lead over it. There were NO pedals at all used just a mic'd amp.
To give you an idea of how low the volume was for the amp. I played it this overdriven listening to the background track thru incredibly cheap computer speakers. I mean the really dinky ones that are mediocre. The amp was about 50% louder than the cheap speakers.
  The program may try to close itself, but click "NO" on it and it should work.

Jeff - you've taken Jeff's design and made it da' bomb!
I can't wait to finish my current build so I can start planning one of these.
Thanks for sharing,

Thanks guys! I appreciate the kind remarks. It's pretty amazing to me to get this tone as such a low volume.

Jeff,
Thanks for the clips... I am going to build this using el84s, relay boost, and vvr. Hope mine turns out as nice as yours.

SmOkin!
Love all of it, but my favorite is the slide playing - greasy!
It's funny, the way the soundclick window opened, I could still see the Mickey avatar dancing in time with your playing!
I'm adding that VVR to my 30w for sure!
