I have a friend who serving in the Army at the time, loaned his Marshall MG 30fx guitar amplifier to one of his buddies, who plugged it into a 220 outlet and as near as I can tell so far, the primary is open and the secondary of the power transformer is shorted. Otherwise there is no other visable damage. I am sending him a chassis mount fuse holder to install and need to know what ratings of transformer he would need to replace in it? I think he also called it a copper-top. MG series, 30 fx.
Thanks

Here's where you'll need to go for 120V transformer:

They'll have to advise on 220V parts.
