I’ve got a 100 watt Hoffman Plexi that I finished a few months ago, and I haven’t found a speaker cabinet for it yet. I really don’t want to settle for one of those new cheaply made Marshall cabinets, has anyone owned or played through a Mojo or Stoneage 4x12 cabinet?
Based on the info below, I think I’ll need 4 speakers rated at 65 to 75 watts to safely play my Plexi, should I feel the need to turn up!
I found the info below on a speaker manufacturer’s site; does this info look right to you guys?
Most amps are rated for their advertised RMS wattage at clean signals. On most amps that's going to be at 3-5 on the volume knob. So your 100 watt Marshall puts out 100 watts at 4.
You like to play it at 7, and if your amp is healthy, that's when it puts out 150-180 watts (or more).
The guys at Marshall knew what they were doing when they put the "100" logo in the corner of the cabs, but that still meant that you needed two of them to handle a 100 watt amp that put out 180 watts at the levels you set the amp!
Marshall JMP 50 watt, 1987x, 1986x models, JCM 800 models: 50-60 watts clean (volume knob at 3-4), 85-100 watt (volume at 5-10).
These amps will require the 65 watt model speakers for a 2x12, the 100 watt version for a 1x12. 4x12 cabs can use four of the 25 watt model speakers.
100 watt amps: These amps put out around 120-140 watts clean (volume knob at 3-4), 170-230 on 10.
These amps will require 65 or 75 watt model speakers in a 4x12 to handle the power of these amps.

Get out yer table saw and have at it (or, circular saw and a straightedge)! PL & Tolex will cover a multitude of sins...
http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/MCM-AUDIO-SELECT-55-1745-/55-1745 is the OEM Eminence Alpha 12/ Carvin PS12, and is a pretty good bang fer the buck unless you're into botique drivers. Four of them in a 4X12 box- don't worry about T/S parameters, Jim Marshall designed the 4X12 with his eyes, not his ears. (and it will stomp anything else off of anyone's production line into the dirt) Only 'improvement' I would suggest is to make it a couple inches deeper for stability and bottom end (not that any 4X12 has anything below 100 Hz to speak of... and the response is comb-filter hell, but some people like it that way...).

The 100W Marshall specs you're giving seem to me to be a bit over the berm. I'm not wanting to argue or anything, but here's an excerpt from the JCM800 Service Manual:

That said, don't worry too much about power handling. Lots of dimed plexi's have made rock-n-roll history through a puny quad of 25W Greenbacks. As for cabs, you can guild, er, BUILD one like Frankenamp suggests or you can look into other builders like you've done. One that really intrigues me these days in terms of price and what I've read about the quality is Avatar (http://www.avatarspeakers.com/).
