Title: Trem has too much put-put
Post by: tubesornothing on November 05, 2009, 12:57:21 pm
I put a trem on my PI, using the fender 5E9-a Tremolux circuit.

I really love it, BUT when I turn up the intensity it has too much "put-put".  Anyway I can calm it down?

Perhaps I'll post a scope shot (yippee, get to use the scope!)

Did the amp you used have a paraphase inverter?

No, it has a LTPI

A 0.1uF between grid and plate smoothed it out.
