I must've fit 50 of those things onto strats in the eighties (I never did a Les Paul, even though Kahler had a model for it). They were floppier than a Floyd Rose...even with the heavy springs, but the 'Pro' bridges with the sliding adjustable saddles were great. I believe someone has thrown some money at the problem and started making them again.

It would float real nice with the right strings, go juice, and if you held your tongue just right! Oh, and I also had to Heli-coil the wang bar hole cause of the cheap pot metal they used there. Nice geetar, good find!

Post by: Dynaflow on February 28, 2010, 04:53:45 am: I've seen some of they're Rose wannabe bridges, but haven't seen that one. Is that a trem bridge or just a hard tail bridge? Looks nice. Heck I like cheaper guitars. I bought an ibanez with H-S-H body, sunburst with binding and love the darn thing, think I paid all of 175 for it. Actually nicer playing and a better neck than the strat I got rid of. Anyway, nice score, that looks cool.

It is pretty solid and not spungy at all / The string harmonics with this bridge is awesome and sings with nice sustain
