Title: Hoffman tube pedal Layout
Post by: 12bz7 on March 05, 2010, 10:01:49 am
I just noticed that on V2 that pin1 is connected to pin7. Is it o.k to have dc on the grid of that tube?

DC coupled cathode follower....... http://www.freewebs.com/valvewizard1/dccf.htm

Check out V2 on the 5F6A Bassman (linked below).
The Hoffman tube pedal circuit is basically a Bassman/Plexi preamp in a separate liitle box.
