Title: Brain Cell Loss / -ma
Post by: plexi50 on May 14, 2010, 02:49:59 pm
I have (4) EL34 running with a plate of 510 VDC. Schematic says -60 ma. Weber bias calculater says -34.3 ma for EL34

Are bias calculations based a single tube? Do i mutiply per pair of tubes? Im lost today /

Nuts and volts. Maybe - 60 V bias voltage (total) and 34 mA bias current per tube.

Ok i see FYL. Im not paying attention again. -60 VDC off the grid pin 5

-34 Milliamps per tube. DAH! It's been a DAH day. Have you ever forgotten how to spell CAT?

Or take the string off the bologna and throw away the bologna and stand there with the string in your hand looking at it?

Thanks /

Ever throw your shirt in the toilet and find yourself standing in front of the hamper?

Not - ahh, that I know anything about that... :drunken_smilie:
