The circuit is correct.  To answer the question in red, no.  Those points are not grounded.

Well, I'm back in the US, but it will still be a couple months before I get back into my storage unit.

When I do, I have a Fulltone '69 pedal that I can open up and tell you for sure. That is, if you can wait that long...  :grin:

No rush. I heard the 69 was just a fuzz face with a Contour & Bias control

HBP time is all we have. Thats the one thing we cant control last time i checked

Of course i am watching the old OUTER LIMITS.

Once I stopped and actually looked at the schematic, the arrows appear to point to unused legs on pots. So they don't go anywhere.

It also looks to me (though I could be wrong and will double-check) like the "Fuzz" and "Bias" pots have their labels swapped.

HBP is right the unused lugs go to nothing.  They are just variable resistors this way.
