Looking at the Warbler parallel B+ nodes diagram, wouldn't nodes D and E be the same voltage if both use a 10K dropping resistor ?

Loading dependant. Heavier load, greater V drop. Need to look at all of schematic.

What the dummy said: depends on load.

Imagine D is pulling a 100 ohm load, E has a 10Meg load.
