Very tidy. Gorgeous quilt!
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

around $45 to $60 per side. depends on the plate size, color/plating, thickness, material, hole quantity, and the number of characters.

ex. the front panel on a custom single channel amp 19" wide x 2.5" .5mm thick was $45 for black anodized with white lettering. for the rear plate i used natural aluminum with alodine plating with black lettering was $61. they were $30.00 less than front-panel express and used the fonts i wanted, not some canned, ugly font. i submitted dxf format generated from visio. if your measurements are dead on, the plates are dead on. the chassis i used was CNC machined.

submit a drawing and they'll quote usually in less than 24hrs.

I know that it is not up to Boutique Style quality that many here strive for but,

There are a number of Youtube videos showing how to use your laser printer and Avery sheets to make Fender and other style stick on labels.

It's not the same as nicely engraved pot labels, but for us tightwads it looks a whole lot better than a Sharpie marker scribble.   :l2:

Just a suggestion originating in cheapness: Maybe you could get a local signshop to engrave your legends on black-white-white plastic (or some other surface color) the type you see with peoples' names on office doors. The trick would be selecting a font where the legends ended up nicely centered under the knobs. Such a strip could either be a very narrow, say 5/8" wide thing, or, it could cover the entire visible part of the chassis and you would have to move the chassis mounting towards the rear of the amp by 3/32" and drill the thing out for every jack and pot mount. Kind of a PITA. Just an idea.
