VibroVerb 6G16 & mods

I've tried to list the changes from an original 6G16 on the schematic. Some of the mods are:

1) one channel
2) 25kl mid pot
3) reverb dwell pot
4) changed the vibrato (.02/.01/.02 - for slower; 470k resistor to 180k; .1 cap to gnd to .047) for increased & slower
5) 500p to .001 into phase invertor
6) grid resistors 1.5k in 6L6 tubes
7) bias pot added

Check for errors and compare to an original 6G16.  I don't ususally use Fenderish type layouts and prefer paralleled terminals so there could be mistakes.  If you find any ........ PLEASE pm me a message and I'll correct it.

EDIT:  I added a version by RobBozic (except his did not have the vibrato)
