Pila V (octal reverb)
« on: December 11, 2008, 03:01:36 pm »
This is BillCreller's amp using octals in a fender style reverb circuit.  All octal tubes in the amp. Check for errors

Bill informed me that from the right to the left is (looking at the layout board from the back of the amp):

preamp (far right)  next to input jacks
Phase invertor  (second from the right)
reverb driver    (third from the right)
reverb recovery (fourth from the right)

The Pila layout II is not exactly like Bill's but is a closer representation

EDIT... minor correction to schematic... sluckey

Hi Tubenit. I just ran in to this old thread. Doing an all octal, parallel 6K6 build and have way to much chassis space. Was thinking of adding a tiny bit of reverb and found your post.
Unfortunately the links doesn’t work anymore. Do you or anybody else have the schematic and layout available? Preferably in the non .sch format. Do only have a security classes work computer and can’t install any external software.
Thinking that this reverb would fit like a glove before the MV.
