New take on building current limiter

Was looking to see what I already had to build this current limiter.  Discovered a creative way to do it.
Need: 1) Power strip you can access the internal wiring.  2) shop light or lamp with incandescent bulb  3) Amp you are testing.
All that is needed is to modify the power strip so 2 outlets are connected in series.  Plug the light into one and the amp being testd into the other.
