Increasing Ads on the Forum.

Is it just me or are the ads increasing on the forum?
I have noticed that sometimes I have to close more than one banner to get to the forum topics.
And just recently noticed that ads are now showing in the individual posts to a topic.
Is there something on member end to avoid?
