parts for a '72 big muff

I need to find parts for the power supply jack. It is broken and missing the retaining nut. It is the old-style 1/8 inch power supply.

Any leads?

That looks like the one. Thanks! I will run over to my local RatShack and see if they have any. Probably not but worth a try...
