If you build an amp speaker cabinet

say you use a tweeter, mid range and a woofer speaker

3 speakers

How would you design a crossover network and would you want to

I know you can buy them made up

Bunch of cork sniffers there, but they are a friendly group, like here, and they don't look that far down their noses at guitar amp junkies. ( lot of them play guitars and understand)

Not saying by any means the fine men here may not have the answers, But those guys eat and  breathe that sort of stuff.

A guitar and guitar amp played thru a cab like you describe will probably destroy the tweeter and the midrange speaker too.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!
