Needle aponeurotomy coming soon
« on: January 16, 2010, 06:11:01 pm »
Well after waiting several years for jobs and insurance to be lined up just right (and before Obama care kicks in)  I am just days away from finally getting the Dupuytren's contracture in my left hand fixed.  Besides ending my guitar playing, it has gotten to the point of being a real nuisance.  I can't wait to have a normal hand again.  The right hand is not as bad so it will be fixed later.  Hopefully my fretting hand will be back to normal in a couple of weeks and it will be rock and roll time again!!!!!

I have really missed "improving" in my playing instead of seeing it degrade over time no matter how hard I practiced.  I feel like a teenager about to get his driver's license.  Man I'm really excited!

Too cool!  I'll bet you are excited!  I remember you talking about this and man I could feel your pain.  I will say a little prayer and keep my fingers crossed for you.  I do expect a Malmsteen lesson posted by you come June!

Thanks Jim.  First Malmsteem lesson......if you're gonna rock and roll, loose the back lit big hair and the feminine lip pursing posing   We all remember what happened to Bill Squier's career after he did that girly skipping rock me tonight roll on the bed video   Man up Malmsteen!
