AMPEG Classic series

I've got an Ampeg Classic Series speaker box, fairly recent manufacture (plywood still looks white) that seriously needs the Tolex replaced. Problem is how do I remove the front without breaking something? I suppose it's held on with some sort of plastic fasteners.
