any Boogie connections?

I need a rectoverb headbox. I got this thing on a trade. Headbox destroyed during an earlier transaction (previous owner) the amp itself had intermitten volume. I fixed all that. NOw I want to put it in its box and sell it. everything is new on it. Mesa wants 299 plus ship. Lopo can do one cheaper but I would like to have the actual boogie head box. Any of you guys work there or have a connection?
