Cordovox cab with Jensen C12R. severely damaged.

i just found a nice Cordovox cab today. the speakercloth is busted but the rest still looks fine. so i opened the back and found out the amp is missing. too bad but i saw 2 1963 Jensen C12R's so i was happy.

i brought it home and peeked trough the holes in the speaker cloth... someone poked those holes... trough the speakers as well 

one voice coil is really damaged. the other one i can't see yet but i'm afraid it's shot too because the cone and dust cap are ripped. what would you do? are they worth reconing? is it possible to do it myself?
