TSL Output Transformer

Classic Tone has a replacement drop in output transformer for the TSL 2000 100 watt amp. I read the specs and it says it has a primary impedance of (1.7K). 40-18055 (1.7K - 4 / 8 /16 Ohm Laydown OT)

I thought an OT for a EL34 amp would be at least 4K and up?

That's good for a 100 watt amp.

EL34 were often loaded 3.4K per pair.

So 1.7K is right for two-pair.

Keep your G2 voltage high (>90% of plate voltage). Keep spare EL34.

Well i will order it tommorrow and get it back in shape with the right transformer output of 4-8-16 impedance
I was surprised to see that they have a drop in replacement for this amp
