Picked these up for FREE. Either useful on my bench?

Got two transformers. One is an adjustable up to 130v 10amp. With built in amp meter.  The other is 450 isolated/ 900 direct VAC. Not direct current. 7amp. Not sure what isolated or direct means. Anyway. Could either of these be useful on my bench?

That's very useful. Sounds like what we call a variac. I'd need more info on the other one to determine if it's useful on the bench.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!
