Hey guys sorry I'm not trying to spam,  but I have these 3 projects I kind of started at the same time so I figured this was the place to share them! 

I am using the schematic and layout from 8-18-11.. And I think other than B+  "C" and "D" being shown swapped possibly on V1 it has gone pretty great.  I put the filter caps on the board as you can see and will have a standby switch at the end of the rectifier diodes and the first filter cap.  It's the same chassis that I used in my firefly, I salvaged them from an old job.  I bought the hammond iron when it was on sale at AES.. not pictured but I'll get to that!

Finally had some time to get this going.  My Hammond 269EX wouldn't hold a load when I started it up, so I'm not sure what is wrong there, but I bought a second one and installed it and the amp fired right up.  I ended up putting in new reservoir caps and dropping resistors just to make sure the first transformer problem wasn't because of those.. but the originals tested fine once I pulled them out. The new transformer was buzzing badly - the transformer itself, not hum in the amp - so I pulled the bells off and sprayed shellac on a business card and dripped it down inside all the coils between the wraps and let it dry.  This fixed the buzz problem. It's quite high gain as it sits currently and I may install some 12AT7's to see if I can bring that down a hair without rewiring.  I really love the tone of this amp and it's just fantastic with a telecaster.   All I have left to do now is install the chassis in the Mango cab I built for it.  I'll update that maybe this weekend if I get to it!

Got it boxed in a mango cabinet I built.. and this was my first try at a grill.  It worked out pretty good.  Just some metal from home depot folded it in a vise with some slabs of hard wood.
