Plastic Toroidal Xfmr mount?

xfmr is pooped and needs to be replaced, but I don't want to break this mount. I ASSUME all 4 quadrants need to be compressed and then it just slides up, but I wanted to check before I break it.

interesting. the only ones I've seen just have a bolt through the center on a metal plate on top. however this is resolved in interested in filing the solution in the back of my head
