Good budget oscilloscope recommendations

Any good recommendations for a <$500 bench scope well suited for amp building?

My previous one had a signal generator which was handy. Wondering if there are any out there that maybe can do signal sweeps / analysis. Or even just half-decent FFT analysis. I know that's asking a lot at that price point.

PSA: Never plug your waveform generator into the output jack of a 100W tube amp.

You can find a good second hand Tektronix scope for less than $200
For used scope, this is THE brand to buy IMO
I find model 2215 for $125
