Hello gang-
I am Kevin from California. I've been playing guitar of and on since high school, but a lot more since the pandemic and now that the kids are a bit older. I've built a few different pedals over the years from kits and now want to try out building an amp from scratch. Will probably start off with a Tweed Princeton 5F2A. So I am thirsty for some knowledge of all things tube amp. I really want to take the opportunity to understand the circuit and how it works more than just building from a kit.

I heard about Hoffman Amplifiers from the "Truth About Vintage Amps" podcast and found this forum.

Some other interests of mine are skateboarding and woodworking (which will work nicely with the amp building).
