Project suggestions for these transformers

Ive had this bag of TM001 transformers lying around forever

Seems to be 500ct primary to 8ct secondary

I vaguely remember using these to build a >1w power amp circuit using 12ax7 a very very long time ago, but I have no idea where my notes went on that project

Any suggestions on what i could do with these?

May be you can try to use It as cathode output for a 12xx7 tube

Something like a reverb tank driver ???
