OK, I'll see if I can remember.....
1st, you can add more "sheets", or pages, using ExpSch.
Simply click on the "Sheet" tab @ the top of the page, then click "Add new sheet". The sheets are automatically named "Sheet 1", "Sheet2" & so on (the tabs for the sheets will be shown @ the bottom of the page), but you can rename them by clicking on the "Sheet" tab @ the top of the page, then click "rename this tab".
I'm guessing that you have multiple files that you want to copy & paste into a single "book" file with several different sheets for Schem, layout & such, correct?
In order to cut/copy & paste, "cuts/copies" & "pastes" must be performed in the same window....IOW, you
cannot copy from a ExpSch that is open in one window, then paste it into another ExpSch that is open in a different window. It must be done in the same window.
To do this, you must:
* 1st open the ExpSch file that you want to copy from, highlight & copy the section you want to be pasted into the new ExpSch file, then
* either create a new blank file, or if you already have a file you want to use as the "book" file, then open it by clicking on the "open file" icon @ the top of the page, then find the desired file & click on it to open it (thus closing the file you just copied from).
* now paste the copied information into the file you just opened (we'll call it the "book" file)
* now click on the "open file" icon again & find the next file you want to copy from (thus closing the "book" file)...it will ask if you want to save the file changes, click "yes". If it's a new file, be sure to save it somewhere that it can be easily found (a designated & properly named folder).
* once the next piece of info is copied, click on the "open file" icon again & re-open the "book" file & paste the newly copied info into it.
I'm thinking you already have the completed schems/drawings, so you just want to "organize" them. If so, simply create a new "sheet" in the "book file" & paste each full drawing into it's own sheet.
Continue opening files, copying desired info, pasting it onto new "book" file sheets, until you have all the info you want collected onto a single book file.
The key is to do all of this in a
single window!

attached is a book file I created quickily to show that it can be done.....I copied several different schems & layouts, & created individual sheets, then renamed them (see the tabs along the bottom of the page.)
NOTE: another important thing (if you don't already know it, which I suspect most folks do)....in order to copy large sections of drawings on .sch files, you cannot highlight/select, then right-click to copy. You must use the "control/C" function to do this.
IOW, highlight the section you wish to copy, then push the "C" button while holding down the "control" button. This will copy the section to the clipboard. If you try the "right-click & copy" method, it will de-select what you just highlighted & not work properly.
You can paste by either right-clicking & selecting "paste", or by pushing the "V" button while holding down the "control" button. Either of those methods will paste.
