Mono / Stereo 4X12 cabinet wiring diagram

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a mono/stereo jack/switch assembly for a 4X12 cabinet?  I've got a customer who wants to convert and existing cabinet to this function.

Well, There's always this option too to wire a mono/stereo cab.

(Note: any attempt to plug in a stereo input disables the mono input)

I had a Visio schematic at one time but can't find it now. AES sells the entire Marshall stereo/mono jack plate assembly for $31.46. Part # is S-H800. Looks like this...

Surely there needs to be a link from L jack shell to the other jacks? Else the L jack only works for L input, not M or R.

And why three jacks? Why won't this work?

Looking at it now that I'm more awake... no reason two jacks can't work.

AND looking at my work, plugging into the Mono jack and EITHER the Left OR Right jack, would force middle to the opposite (until the other jack was used.)

When I tried thinking it through last  night about using paralleled speakers and making them into series for the Mono mode (AND using both jacks in parallel in mono mode) would require a 3pDT switch, and allow 8 & 8 stereo, and 16 mono.

Simpler is better... so the two jack method is better than the three jack. Only advantage of the 3-jack version is, unless both the Right and Left jacks are used, the Mono jack doesn't disconnect completely from the circuit.
