Revibe Board
« on: October 17, 2010, 11:14:14 am »
Doug

The blank Revibe board that you sell, is it the same as the Torevibe board?
Does one have to specify which version when ordering?
I'm thinking of ordering a Torevibe board and turrets.
Thanks

"ReVibe - Reverb/Vibrato stand alone unit
With the Tore-T ReVibe mod"

From http://www.el34world.com/schematics.htm

Scroll down to the ReVibe section.

Nothing there stating which Revibe it is.

I did find on the Board Parts page at the top stating the Revibe blank board is actually the Torevibe.

Thanks

Revibe + Tore T mods = Torevibe

"Tore-T is a European gentleman that came up with a very cool mod that eliminates the hum that the original ReVibe had.
I modded my personal ReVibe with the Tore-T mod and it is dead quiet.
I would recommend building this version and not the original version."

"The original Re-Vibe had quite a bit of background hum.
I am not making a board for the original ReVibe
This section is here just for info purposes"

From the library page as FYL has already copied above.

Anywho, I added the words Tore-T to the Revibe board description in case someone wants the old Revibe circuit with lots of hum.
This lets them know that I don't make the original Revibe, only the Tore-T revibe circuit.
