It's just a bassman with a Feedback control.

 I've never seen a club where a harp player needed 70 watts! The harp player in a friend's band uses a Blues Jr up on a small table and it easily competes with the guitar player's Budda and Badcat stacked on each other and the other players' 50 watt Randall combo.
  The key is getting it off the floor.Another Harp player I know uses an old Knight PA head with 2-EL84's and a 1-12 cabinet and it's often too loud.
