I'm getting "Ghost" distortion all the time.  I hit a note or chord and it's "followed" by distortion.   I fixed the input which was cracked off in one corner from the board and cleaned all the pots.  Someone did some work in the middle of the board and there is some smoke on the board>  I don't know if its new or old.

I never work on this amp , it is a solid state ?

Could be a bad solder or printed circuit damaged
