Always loved the big, throaty tone Jon got.

Back in the day, after hearing his intro to Lazy, I bought every album they made, just waiting to hear his next Lazy intro. Man, what a musician! Just listen to the different intros...

Deep Purple "Lazy" (Live - 1972)
Deep Purple - Lazy (Made In Japan)
Deep Purple's Lazy (Live in 1999)
Lazy - Deep Purple Montreux 2006
Deep Purple - Lazy - Live At Montreux 2011

And don't forget Child in Time!

Child In Time - Deep Purple
Jon Lord, Trondheim 2010 - Child in Time

We'll miss you Jon.

A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

    He was perhaps my biggest influence, as all I get is keyboarding gigs lately. I demand to use my Hammond. Everything else is a toy. I have Jon to thank for that.
