ExpressPCB schematic symbols

Hi guys I need a little help. I recently wiped my computer and reinstalled windows. I redownloaded ExpressPCB but the stock download doesn't come with all the tube related symbols. I saw Doug's page on this forum but when I clicked it I got "error 404 page not found"

Where can I go to re-download the tube related symbols for ExpressPCB?
