Poor's man multiple capacitor

Build your own multiple cap

this way you can choose the single value you want, using sigle cap and dispose it on the chassis as you've a multiple cap

With a bit of fantasy you can also arrange it using cheap radial cap instead of axial

Tell me about the resistors K. Won't the whole batch charge up and dissipate as if they were one cap?    -Mad Max

Tell me about the resistors

At the first moment I was thinking the resistors to be there because two capacitors were used in series (as to double voltage abilities)

but looking to the value, I'm prone to think that the resistors where part of the circuit on which the replacement was used

The photo is only to give an idea about how arrange  some single capacitors in a multi cap space (I think it comes from a restoration of a specific circuit)

I don't understand you 100% however, if I've understand what you are asking for

it depends on how you connect it to the circuit

the turret on the left is obviously the ground connection, the other can be used as you need in the circuit

I think something like B+ is applied to the white wire and  the upper turret is the exit of filtered B+

Yes, that's the way I was seeing it... as a pre-wired filtering section. I think its a cool idea for that purpose.
I think if you wanted to keep several caps on-board to experiment with though, they'd have to be disconnected from each other.
