Can't get custom components to load

I have installed ExpressSCH according to the sticky post at the top of this board and then downloaded and installed the custom tube amp components as described as well, but they will not load into ExpressSCH. All I get is a grey listing like the one attached. Has anyone else had this problem?

Working_Drive:\Users\[username]\Documents\ExpressPCB\SchComponents_Custom\[custom_compoents_files]


if you got them zipped, were the files extracted in above directory path?


custom components are *.s files

Oh shoot I had the files in the Program Files directories by the same name. Thanks for setting me straight Pete!!
