Attaching chassis to head cab

I am working on completing a project using the Hoffman stout chassis, and need to attach it to a head cab box.  What is the preferred method?  Screws and keps nuts?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I use bolts, split ring lock washers, and nuts.  I never use screws.

On my Hoffman chassis I just drilled cabinet holes and used long 10-32 bolts with keps nut you can use nylock or plain nut with lock washer.


You can also use nut inserts steel, not the aluminum ones, stronger.


Or you can use those slip on captive nuts.
